hello thank you for taking time to read my problem. im a complet noOb when it comes to techy jargon. ive come to being able to configure xlite until it says "ready", but when i tried to call out a UK number i got a message, call failed: proxy authentication required.

do i need to wait for 72 hours turn around time befoer i can dial out?
