I tried your number vis SIP twice and it seems that you are not logged in. If you are logged in, are you able to call the echotest (08449863246).

Incoming calls will only work if you are logged in at the time of the call. (I just tested again) Is is possible that some of your problem could be due to voip blocking policies of your country. How are you try to receive the calls ... cell phone with data?

Thanks for your re-try. I am using PAP2 to make and receive calls having accounts with two commercial providers. I can receive calls on IPKALL incoming numbers linked to my two commercial providers SIP addresses without any problems. I am using Voipuser for test calls only using my Eybeam software on my pc which i open occassionally. I can also receive calls on Eyebeam through the DID provided by Freedigits easily. Have registered mostly free service accounts like Voipuser, Freedigits, etc. on Eyebeam. I am only facing problem to receive incoming calls on Voipuser a/c only.

One option might be to get a "My Numbers"
http://www.voipuser.org/mynumbers.html
0844 number (free) and forward that to a provider that works with iPKall. It should work. It should also work when you forward it to your Voipuser account.

The 0844 or 0870 "My Numbers" numbers do contribute as small amount to you rating and have more options for forwarding. It is best to forward to one of your sip addresses if you can as that is free but you can also forward to low price PSTN numbers (like US and Canada but not to expensive ones like SA).

Do we have an update on the status of incoming 844 numbers please?

I was able to make a single call to my 844 number in the morning and have had fast busy tone ever since.

As per voipuser.org:
"You are online with a Asterisk PBX 1.6.0.19 device or phone at my.ip.address.here and you are not behind NAT"

Outgoing echo test is working flawlessly from a NATted phone connected to the above asterisk server.

Thanks and keep up the great work!

As far as I know incoming calls should be working normally. Check that you have the fowarding of ports correctly and nothing else using voip on the network. Reboot the phone and try again. Possibly try running STUN (our server is stun.voipuser.org)

I've managed to get incoming back... by disabling outgoing.

I think I have a dialplan conflict in asterisk.

Sorry to have been a pain.

You can probably get some help with the conflict problem if you post a question on the Asterisk Forum.
