VoIP User Inbound UK Numbers Support - PSTN status not active

Hi,
I just want to ask why my PSTN status under my SIP account is not active?
My PSTN no starts with 084.
And i already setup my account and it was registered. Also tried to dial the echo test but just dead air.
Can anyone help me?

Welcome to Voipuser forums.
There is a delay of 72 hours before you outgoing PSTN will be activated. On the other hand you should be able to make calls to other voipuser members using the SIP to SIP (use the 0844 number or the SIP address user [!at] sip.voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)). The echotest should work using 08449863246 or echotest [!at] sip.voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @) and if it does not then there is a problem with your set up. Incoming calls from PSTN should also work.
