Service Reliability
We do our best to maintain a reliable service. However, we offer no guarantee of service or service level.
IMPORTANT : If your internet connection fails, your voice service will also fail. Your service may cease to function if there is a power cut or failure. These failures may be caused by reasons outside of our control.
Other Services
We do not provide the following features:-
* Access to directory enquiries facility.
* Access to operator assistance services.
* Provision of a directory on request.
* Special measures for end users with disabilities.
* Itemised call listings.
Caller ID
The CallerID presented to callee's will be your SIP Subscriber number supplied to you on registration.
Abusive Use
Services are provided on a reasonable use basis. You are expected to generate inbound call traffic from the PSTN to your SIP subscriber number, or any other VoIP User numbers that you have, in order to contribute towards the payment of any outbound calls. We have automated systems in place for detecting excessive use. A warning email always precedes a disconnection notice. We recommend that you keep a watchful eye on your Account Rating, specified in your
MySIP control panel.
