Problem calling mexico number

That number has definitely been disabled - our bot analyses call patterns automatically and removes a number if too large a call volume is observed (so it's nothing personal !). We need to safeguard Voipuser earned minutes for the whole community and allow them to be used for our prime directive which is to 'test and experiment'.

OK, yes - it's been banned (as John says, could be dialled too many times, or you have multiple accounts).

I'm not sure why you got a 488 error though - you should have got a pre-recorded message?

You should not block the number or user (As far the SIP Account ratings are positive)

User contribute also to earn Account Ratings.

If you have had specific problems with a number, and are not sure why, the best thing is to drop an admin a PM.

Members with positive account ratings should be completely unaffected.
