We have an online community with users around the world. For enhanced support, we've thought to connect our Asterisk PBX Call Centre with our online website. Busta sounds a very good solution; however, it is possible to pre-determine the settings in order to solely call to our PBX? Thank you in advance.

No, at least not at the moment. Busta is SIP based, so would work with Asterisk. But it's designed more as a "phone" solution rather than what I would term an "intercom" solution (as in there's only one person you can call - you). There is no way to preconfigure it to only dial one number (or IP address/URI).

You might want to have a look at some of the alternatives. If you really want to use Busta, drop Nick a line and ask him if he'd be interested in doing some kind of branded system. I'm not sure on their business model or overall aims, but you can always ask.

Hey Dean , do you know of any services like this which are opensource? Basicly a system like this where it's not managed through their website. Kind of for the same use as OP.

Not open-source, no.

These guys can build you one though, if you have a budget for a commercial solution:-
