I'm online script

We've got a script which interfaces to our SIP server and can display a graphic showing whether your phone is currently online or not. There's a few people doing this with Skype/FWD etc, so we thought we should have one

Dean only had a chance to knock up a couple of graphics. If you're a dab hand with Photoshop and want to do something better then mail it to me : tjardick [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)

Examples below, together with some copy/paste HTML code (replace the REPLACE_WITH_USERNAME part with your VoIP User username). Go shove it in your blog. Please keep a link in there to VoIP User as that will help expand the community.

Images have changed post site redesign. If you're using this script, you shouldn't need to change anything - the new images have replaced the old.

Its not working for me - I don't see an image on my webpage. when i copy the below code to the address bar of my browser:
http://www.voipuser.org/status.php?user ... ipuser.org
(when no user in there i get the ofline image)

I get the following:

Hi Grumpyfox - it's a temporary glitch. We're running on a backup server at the moment, which doesn't have this script installed.

Should be working again by tomorrow, when hopefully our main server will be back up.

BTW - you need to use the username only, not the "@voipuser.org" part.

No it's still not working, I suspect the backup server is still in use.

Yes it is. The main server is now operational, but we haven't switched yet.

When we do, we'll adapt the script so that it can work on both.

I'll let you know when it's switched back.

Sorry this hasn't been fixed earlier. It should now work, please have a look at testing this again.

hi i want to know if this possible for me to write a script by using my own design website to link with the softphone.
What i want to do is that allow the user to enter their info in the website and it will dirently update into the softphone
profile

I've been toying with the enclosed code. if i do www.voipuser.org/status.php?=user=morango i always get OFFLINE... although i AM ONLINE (MySIP page shows me as logged in, but the status.php script doesnt....) HELP?
