I can dial some long distance calls but not all of them

I have a T1 with ATT I am in the bay area
I have checked with ATT and long distance has no restrictions

I am in area code 510 I can dial numbers in
415
650
408

If i try to dial anything like 310 or 559
I get the Trixbox voice "your call could not be compeleted as dialed

in verbose 5 mode with the unsuccessful call
i get
-- Called g0/13105474444
-- Zap/1-1 is proceeding passing it to SIP/200-b7904728

-- PROGRESS with cause code 1 received

with a successful call i get

-- Called g0/14085064444
-- Zap/1-1 is proceeding passing it to SIP/200-b7904728
-- Zap/1-1 is ringing

I can not seem to get over this issue please advise

Hi,

Problem is a code 1 error a catch all for 'It didn't work'.
You will need to look in the full asterisk log (/var/log/asterisk/full) at the lines around it and see if there are any other errors.

Is there any obvious geographical reason for the dial error?
e.g. Neighbouring area codes- try dialing without the 1 prefix, or perhaps into non AT&Tat regions- Try adding a + or whatever you use for international dialing
