Trouble Loggin in Past 2 Days

For the last two days, I have had trouble logging in and just thought I'd bring it to someone's attention. But what happened is that after logging in to the forum, the page gets stuck at "Thanks for visiting VoIP User. We are logging you in -- please wait..." and remains in this mode indefinitely. I thought I had not been logged in initially (or maybe there was a red flag on my username ), but in fact I was logged in but I did not know it until hitting the back button and refereshing, and observing the "Logout" on the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Just wanted to bring this issue to someone's attention...

Does this happend when you are trying to login/logout during 11:00PM - 11:30PM EST time frame? I noticed about this during such a time frame. I believe the system is under a heavy maintenance during this time and access to the server is blocked and/or slowed down to halt.

Yes. It's actually every 4 hours, but if you just hit it at that moment it'll be really really slow. That's the backup running (it takes about 2 minutes).

If you try to access the site and it seems dead slow, the best policy is to leave it for 2 mins

We will get around to fixing that by having the DB backup to another live server rather than running timed backups. It's on the list....

I am facing Login Timout to X-lite or X- pro.
Easily able to login to VOIPUSER website.

I tried to Reset my Sip password too.

Login time out! Contact network Admin.

Still thinking may be maintanance Going on ???

That doesn't have anything to do with the webserver. This thread is about the site, not the SIP server.

There is no maintenance at this time.

I looked that too..
But still not able to login , tried different settings though.

Anyway i will try later as it not working right now(for me )

I need to make some outbound calls,but no problem will do it from other service.
