OK, we ideally didn't want to do this, but seeing as it's been requested by users of our outbound service that are not able to contribute to inbound minutes, we have now setup a paypal account:-

donations @voipuser.org

(remove the space)

If you have been using the community outbound service, and are not able to contribute to the "pot" you can use that. We created a new member "Account Rating" which you can see in "My SIP Account" (click here).

This is a score from -10 to +10 based on your inbound/outbound useage. Anything in the negative, you might want to consider a donation.

We would suggest anything below zero a donation of £2. If towards the -10 you might want to chip in a little more Wink

This is a temporary measure - we'd like this system to work, but we have a defecit of 20,000 minutes to make up from useage in February.

It's discretionary, but all helps. We cannot offer a guaranteed level of service, all money donated will go directly into the community pot, so you should contribute what you feel is right.

The option is now there for those that suggested it. If you do make a contribution (no matter how small) please include your site username so that we can keep track of members that have contributed in the database.

Thanks,

Dean & Tj
