I do have the same problem with Viktor. I have top-up my account by 10euro last week and when i tried to make a call, automatically it was disconnected due to unknown error - general code:33. I have try to re-install the software again and again but it failed to connect.
I have noticed that at the control display panel (bottom left)shown that The current quality status for the VoipStunt application is: Disabled, no active calls. But the thing is I did not open or download any other program whatsoever. Just wondering how to fix this problem as I already contact the customer svc for the past week and yet to receive any respond from them.
