Thursday 24th February the website server and the SIP server will be rebooted. Downtime will be approximately 20 minutes.

As the SIP server will be affected, VoIP telephone services won't be available over this period.

Inbound DID numbers which are pointed to landlines/mobiles will be completely unaffected as they go direct via the Cisco switch.

We've ordered a new load-balanced/redundancy server for the site and SIP server, so we hope this will be our last ever downtime as in future, the other "half" of the load-balanced pair will carry on service.

All done.

SIP server has been rebooted and should be back to normal now.
