I need to have a chat client embedded in a web site (not with a pop up window) hopefully with voice too. Does anyone know a SIP client for this tasks?

There is nothing available that really works - although an X-Lite client of some sort used to exist. If you have a search around you should find it - it's been discussed here before over the years.

But really it's a custom job for a programmer.
