Ext: Optional extension number
SIP User Name: username [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)
User ID: username
Password: password
Comment: Optional
Forward Action: Optional
To SIP URI, IP Address, Phone Number or Ext: Optional
Voice Mail: Optional
BU: Optional
RI: Unticked
AC: Ticked
Incoming Call Matching: 0844 number

Finally set your dialplan so that local and national, applicable international calls are routed via the voipuser account.
