Without a balance, the calls last 1 minute.

The catch...not much.. LOL

All family of voipcheap,voipdiscount,etc,etc,etc now implements
- Connection fee 3 Cents through webcall (since 2 calls happen could it mean 3 cents each successful connection? I haven't tried cos i just saw 3 cents charge today)
- upon sign up, eg recently www.voipcheap.com now says 90 days credit must be used (i thought it was 120days before)
- 300mins/week restriction on free country list

So instead of worrying about making an in-browser, cross platform voip client. This thing connects connects two PSTN lines from their own PBX ...?

That's a clever way of doing things ... ... to many users that'll be preferable to the pure VOIP solution...
