What does the Account Rating mean?

What does the Account rating mean?

The account rating is your account "score". If you're not paying for your calls by producing inbound calls, you'll slip into the negative (as it is now).

If that drops further, the system will disable your outbound call access.

It's part of the software that runs VoIP User.

The account rating works on a scale of -10 to +10, so you will never see numbers greater than those, although higher numbers exist at the backend, we just don't bother to display if it's more than +10.

All calls to any of your inbound numbers credit to the account rating. Either your SIP account number or any other number you've setup - fax to email, voicemail only etc. They all count.

The account rating is not updated in realtime - it's at least 24 hours behind, so if you have some inbound calls and see no change, that's normal. Check it again the following day.
