Termination Control Panel

In the Termination Control Panel I have setup two destinations for one of my numbers,
Dest1 -> *******@sipgate.co.uk
Dest2 -> MyAccount [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)

In the Termination Options I have:
Primary destination set to 'None'
Secondary destination set to 'Destination 2'.

When I call the number, the call is routed through through to the sipgate account! Is this correct? I was hoping that I could temporarily route calls away from Dest1 to my VoIPUser account.

I think you will find that if you set two desinations then an incoming call will try to connect first to desination 1 - If it is busy, unobtainable or unanswered for 20 seconds then the system will try and make a connection to destination 2 - if there is still no connection to destination 2 and you have voicemail checked then after a further 20 seconds of attempted connection the incoming caller connects to Voicemail.

Experiment by swapping your Destination 1 & 2 addresses and give it a try
