Hmm, seems Nokia might be having a few problems with it. It was slated for release Q1, we're now half way thru Q2

Have a look at the comments from timo75
here.
The problem, as I understand it (and I really don't know what I'm talking about), is that Nokia only built these phones to work on the same side of the firewall as the SIP server -- they're designed for use in businesses with their own servers -- perhaps they didn't anticipate the demand from individual home users. Anyway, one or two providers, such as FWD, have responded by providing servers that get around the problem.
Here are the settings for FWD:
| Code: |
- Profile name: Your choice
- Service profile: IETF
- Public user name: Your SIP username + @fwd.pulver.com
- Use compression: No
- Registration: When needed
- Use security: No
Proxy server settings:
- Proxy server address: fwdnat.pulver.com
- Realm: fwdnat.pulver.com
- Username: Your SIP username (do not add @fwd.pulver.com)
- Password: Your SIP password
- Allow loose routing: Yes
- Transport type: UDP
- Port: 5082
Registrar server settings
- Registrar server address: fwd.pulver.com
- Realm: fwd.pulver.com
- Username: Your SIP username (do not add @fwd.pulver.com)
- Password: Your SIP password
- Transport type: UDP
- Port: 5060

If you want the E series to work behind NAT you should use the free service from aql.com. If you text nokia to 64446 an "Over-the-air" (OTA) file will be sent to your 'phone with the settings. Its completely free so worth using for the OTA provision service alone. There are some additional instructions here:

Don't forget to define an access point (AP) first. For every access point it seems you need to change the AP in the SIP settings. So now I just make multiple copies of the SIP settings with names to match the access point. Then just select them when needed. Hope that makes sense.
