Asterisk Fax on demand?

Does anybody knows how to setup this functionality in *
using some PRI card (EICON,Digium,etc)

Yes, it's outgoing.

User goes trough IVR (entetering PIN,etc..), selects fax on demand and IVR tell him "please start Youre fax machine" -> user starts fax, and then asterisk send him a predefined fax trough same line (call) without callback or similar
