We can't seem to be able to reach our SIP proxy. Support people are looking at it, so we hope to have the service back up as soon as possilbe.

This will only effect the 'My SIP' area of our site, the My Numbers that forward to PSTN, Fax or Voicemail will not be effected by this.

Update at 3:20pm GMT - still down I'm afraid (machine failed, and our fail-over server didn't work).

Sorry guys - being looked at now, and we hope to be up and running in the next hour or so.

I managed to get a temporary backup solution up and running.

THis should get all sip accounts back in action.
