Hi Dean,
Yesterday about 5:00 P.M. Canada time, I also was not able to login to voipuser account on my X-pro and I thought you were checking some server settings for sip port registration, today 6:00 A.M. Canada time I checked again and I was logged in.

Hi kijaz & aliwaqas,
Can you try this: in you’re x-lite or x-pro settings put this outbound proxy address 167.206.40.140:8080
And see if you are able to logon to voipuser or other sip services.

Dear Mirza,

I have checked with voipuser.org and voipbuster.com, non of them are connecting.

I have also launched complain to voipbuster and voipfone.co.uk on this issue. I hope Dean will be the first to give us relief in this regards

Kijaz - there is no point complaining to voipbuster, voipfone or us about this issue. It is an issue with your service provision.

We'll do what we can, but I can't promise it will work.

You need to complain to your ISP - it is a matter out of our control.

Dear Dean,

I have complained to my ISP but there is nothing in there hand. It is the PTCL who sells bandwidth to ISP's in Pakistan.

My point is there is no point complaining to voipbuster or to voiptalk if your national telco decides it wants to outlaw VoIP.

You are holding the wrong person responsible - they have done nothing wrong, so why complain to them?

Dear Dean,

We can't fight with any one, it is our request and we need solution otherwise we have to wait untill any VOIP service provider accept our request and give us relief.

Kijaz - Skype should work fine in the meantime as that will proxy through port 80.

KiJaz,

I re-read your posts and noticed you mentioned your computer that runs the softphone has a real/public IP address. If that is the case, please disable the Outbound Proxy and STUN server. See if this will help.
