Are the customers service support of these VoIP service provider in general not that good because one will have to resort to forums like this one? |

It seems that a few people think this site has a connection with providers with voip in their name - which it does not.
I think the reason may be that Voip providers don't offer better customer service is simply that it is very expensive and the profits are often quite small without that expenditure. There are a few good ones but they are rare. |

I just purchase 10 eiros and voipbuster continues telling me "fair use policy exceeded", and charges me for a free landline country, what´s happening? Pleas help.

[I have big problems, Itoday I charged 10 euros, and voipbuster continues telling me "fair use policy exceeded". I have 364 freedays left, I don´t understand, what´s happening?

How are you logging in. Are you using the proper client? Are other users using the same machine to make calls? |
