It seems they've released a version for windows.
I tried it the other day (I finally found
Debian packages) and it looks nice (disclaimer: I didn't call anyone, just took a look at the interface), but I was expecting something like SIP accounts just like jabber/ICQ/MSN/Yahoo!/... accounts, i.e: you could add contacts (a phone number or a SIP addres) to your SIP account and chat and talk to them.

Me too. But Phonegaim is developed by Linspire, whose owner is also SipPhone's owner, so I don't think we'll see this feature (not soon, at least).
