Right click on SJPhone. Select Option menu and then click in Profiles tab. Click on new button, type the name of your profile (i recommend voipbuster) and select Profile "Calls though SIP proxy) and click OK button. A new window appears.

In this new windows click on SIP Proxy tab an fill the following fields: Proxy Domain: sip.voipbuster.com : 5060, User Domain: sip.voipbuster.com; Accept other fields defaults by pressing OK Button.

Finally, Right click on SJPhone and select Restart option. You user id and password will be asked.

This should work for you since it did for me.

'User' should be the User Name and not the number. You can call free to fixed lines in their list of countries providing you have paid 1 euro and joined their system. (If you don't pay then calls are limited to 30 seconds)

I can register sip.voipbuster.com. The problem is that when I dial a fixed line number such as 1416xxxxxxx, the sjphone keeps sending the dialing tone series every about 2 seconds, thus I always get rejected call with a warning windows shows that "Busy -> Call rejected : 486 Busy here".

What's wrong here? Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks.

I don't think it's a complete answer, but you should be dialing 001416xxxxxxx (assuming you want US area code 416), or maybe you'll get away with +1416xxxxxxx.

(Using XLite I get '486 busy here' as well with 11461231234; does not seem an appropriate error message, but maybe dialling the right number will give you a connect)

Thanks Todd

Now I can successfully dial the number 001416xxxxxxx. I test with my friend, I can hear his voice but he cannot hear mine. For the test, when I call some phone card access nubmer, I can only hear one or two seconds of beginning words followed by no sound.

Anyone here share the same problem?
