What doesn't work? What problem are you experiencing?
Please be specific - we run a lot of servers. We're talking on one right now and it's working fine 
You are posting in a thread about our echo test server. Is that the problem?

I can´t use no outbound calls. I can´t use echotest.Yesterday it works fine . my pstn status is"active"

Is your phone logging in?
Is it just PSTN that you cannot access?
We have a number of reported problems today - as much info as you can give will be helpful in fault-finding.

My iphone says "Registration error:408-Request time out".
The testport doesn´t work. I can´t reach the ports 5060/3478/8000/8001.It saids "Failed to connect to TCP server at voip user". Thanks |

Hi, I tried **393-613 now a few times with my voipuser account connected on Twinklephone, This is what I get:
404 prefix not allocated
help! I am wasting calls for to make those test calls to my home phone only to find out if it works. |

Hi gray, thanks for your very fast response, but this is not helping me at all.
I need this **393-613 number for to make a echo call, this one is not working.
I can call out it is working, but for to find this out I had to waste calls cause this test number **393-613 is NOT working on twinklephone.
So i do not understand what this has to do with the link you sent me, there is nothing written about this echo number and why it do not work,

Also what are you trying to achieve? Is that something you're trying to dial on the FWD network? It may not be diallable from us.
If you want to simply test, you can just dial the echo test server as indicated in Grays post above yours. |
