I was looking for over a week now but I couldn't find any voip provider , which would allow me to call a specific numbers in Lithuania with prefixes:
+370-900
+370-910
I already tried yahoo voice, skype, !@£$%^, vbuzzer, etc. Maybe someone know a VOIP provider, which is based in Eastern Europe and could provide me this kind of service because, by using google, I found out that Russian voip providers offers +370-900 termination, but, sadly, they don't accept international customers.
Thank you in advance |

Are these premium numbers, new cell phone numbers or something like that? |

Yes, it is premium phone numbers and I am prepared to pay a higher price for calls to them, but I can't find a suitable voip provider. |

Not many providers support premium number and if they do they charge a default very high price. Are the numbers attached to a local number like the 870 number in the UK are/were?

I am not sure about it, but I think that these numbers are ''unique'' and have separate phone line, so calls are not forwarded to any other local number. |

Looks like you may be stuck then, unless someone in Lithuania can suggest something to you. |

I tried your numbers against my VoIP provider, Localphone.
For +370 900 it said:
Call Lithuania Landlines for 2.9p
For +370 910 it said:
Call Lithuania Premium Personal for 44.6p
Prices in GBP.
If you do choose to use them, be a sport and sign up via

It will give me some free minutes if you do |

I already tried Localphone - none of these numbers worked. I noticed that almost all voip companies show that you can call to these numbers, but in reality, phone calls are not terminated correctly. |

In that case, apologies as I had no idea that that is the case.
I assume you've written to them to ask about it? |

FWIW, I wanted to test this, so I googled for a number.
Here is an extract from my asterisk debug:
| Code: | -- Called 0037090001661@localphone
-- Got SIP response 500 "Failed to do PSTN routing (2)" back from 94.75.247.45
-- SIP/localphone-00000018 is circuit-busy |
So, I guess you're right.
Bummer. |
