When i try to see my SIP Accounts the following message appear.

"Our SIP Web Management system is currently closed, please try again later (error 1)."

Is there a Problem with the server? When can i expect that it works again? Or is the Outbound Service disabled?

There is a problem with the server and it is being worked on.
Outgoing calls are working at present (I just tested).

Yep, something crashed and I'm looking into it.

It's the web side of things, not calling, so everything else appears to be working normally.

Should have it back online shortly.

call is working perfectly both inbound and outbound is just tested

Your outgoing calls should be working. Something must be wrong with your configuration ... possibly you are not properly logged in.

Hi,

my problem is, that I have just registered 1 day after the SIP mgmt-system crashed.
Unfortunately I cannot access my SIP credential and thus not setup my SIP device for Voipuser Sad

Can you anyhow help me out - unil the interface is repaire.

SIP Proxy: username [!at] sip.voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @)
Password: Your password
If needed: stun.voipuser.org

That is all you should need.

Your rating is just fine. Calls should work when outgoing calls are working. (I don't think they are working today).

I think they are supposed to be the same (mine are not but that is not normal). What response are you getting? Our echo test number is 08449863246
