I have a new VOIP business model/service I'm trying and I don't quite understand how to choose a VOIP termintation provider that suits my service's needs, what to ask for, and how to negotiate and recognize a good deal. I understand that this is about "last mile" of the call, and usually delt through wholesellers. We will also want to offer DID's and use a SaaS telecom billing solution for a VOIP (SIP) to PSTN service. We want people to call originating from the US, Canada, Australia, UK and Poland to most popular call destinations.
Can anywone please explain how to go about this? A detailed plain english description would be MUCH appreciated!
