Do you use asterisk?

asterisk doesn't fully support irly_media, try it or instead use Freeswitch

Freeswitch can pre_answer a call and setup the moh (music on hold) or any wav/mp3/tone ressource a a ring back tone

Thank you for answering the initial question. I would ask all Forum users when answerting posts from users where English ism't the first language to understand that sometimes posts need some extra decoding and a bit of extra patience.
