I suspected it for some time, but had no way of checking it (some providers do not connect to 844 numbers), but now in 2 different access ways I tried to connect to 8449104795 and both attempts (several) ended in 'not responding signal'.

Please note that this is a sip number and connecting through sip address IS POSSIBLE, so the problem is in answering the phisical number on your server (or whoever holds those numbers).

This is quite strange as Voipuser gains on those calls so they sould be always accessible.

Unless you are in the UK you will find that support by PSTN phone companies is very patchy. My local phone copmpany (Bell Canada) does not support 0844 numbers. It might sound like the number is called but it does not mean that it ever reaches our server.
