The Vonage box is a device known as an ATA which stands for "Analogue Telephone Adaptor". Basically it means you can plug any regular phone you like into it - does not need to be VoIP specific.
So the good news is you can just purchase any regular DECT cordless phone that fits your requirements, and they're quite cheap these days.
In the UK I picked up a BT one a few weeks ago that was about £25 from Argos and has a decent speakerphone on it.

Those devices can be quite expensive. I've not seen one built into a DECT phone before. Here's one that would do the trick, but £129:-
