how to use from Yemen

hi all,

I'm writing from Yemen. i used that program when i was in US and some of Europe countries. but cannot use @ UAE & Yemen. İ think the internet service providers hinder this applications.

is there anybody know how to solve this issue? maybe with some programs like proxy anonymizer...

It common for some states to block voip, selected web sites and content. The Yemen appears to block websites/content and thus "hinder" voip. There are often ways to circumvent the "block" as you will find if you search the internet but in some places it may be illegal to do so.
