I am successfully install Openser and work great. Inside local network everthing work but when I using Asterisk server for PSTN temrmination with user outside of the local network user successfully make call but asterisk or openser disconnect calls after 20s. In log only errors what I can find is to some asterisk or openser send retransmission message to user and after 6 trying calls hang up. Does anybody have similar problem?

That seems an ACK misrouting problem. Use ngrep to check the SIP messages:

ngrep -qt -W byline port 5060

See if the ACK is retransmitted.
