Hello,

We have recently deployed aastra 480i CT phones and are looking to have a custom SIP profile developed to overcome some of the lack of functionality that comes with using non-shoretel phones. The hard phones work fine, but the client that resides on the user's PC lacks the ability to transfer calls (among other things). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
