Greetings Samlemime and welcome to Voipuser

Not really enough information from you to be able to offer any specific help. Is anything working or has it worked in the past? One possibilitiy ..

... is you are blocking all ports and need to check through the settings on your router or create a DMZ for it.

Your PBX is made by Acetech in mainland China. The only manual that is on line is in English. I assume that you have a copy of that. If not it can be found here:
http://www.acetechxm.com/product/support.html

Set up looks fairly standard for this type of device. As far as I can tell you are connecting the device to a router. If that is the case you will need to make sure that all the ports that it requires can get through to the PBX. You can do this by forwarding blocks of the required ports from the router to the PBX. Read the manual carefully as the information that you require is there.

If you are setting up the PBX for business use and your understanding of these devices is limited then it would be best to get professional help with the installation.
