Greetings Asterisk Gurus!

The issue is the following:

At work we currently have a simple Asterisk server set up that handles almost all of our telephony needs. Except that we have sales and customer support lines running through a separate service provider who offer call center options to administer these lines both on single user and manager level, meaning that managers can have precise overview about all aspects of incoming and outgoing calls, and the sales/support people can login to different queues and forward calls of the entire queue(s) to their cell phones, for example - and this is all done in a browser window.
However, this service provider also has limitations that we would like to get rid of and the aim is to transfer the same features to the Asterisk server and leave out the call center service provider.

I've done a bit of searching on google and found a lot of different software solutions that integrate with Asterisk to offer the features in question at different proportions but there's nothing that would fit the mold exactly.
Statistics would be covered by Asterisk CDR, which is a default feature, but the biggest deal-breaker with most of the software offered is the lack of possibility for a single (end) user to control incoming call forwarding of a queue through a simple browser based control panel or application window which is used to log in to a queue. I guess the closest description here would be a server-client type of solution.
FreePBX and other similar additions to Asterisk provide only web based administration options but the point would be to let the end-users administer the queues and (unconditional) call forwarding themselves in a simple, user-friendly way without directly accessing the .conf files or annoying the sys. admin with these inquires to do it manually.

So here is where I need your help and recommendations to determine the most simple and working solution.

I just read the article about Phone Genie for Asterisk (Email Edition) and realized that it doesn't necessarily have to be a "server-client" solution as such.

Any help and discussion on the topic much appreciated.

Best regards,

Hi

Have you looked at queuemetrics ?
It should do most of what you need, The Asterisk CDR's arent realy suitable for a callcenter you need to collect the queuestats in a DB, This is what queuemetrics and other do.

If you want a free solution look to Flash Ops panel and teh assisted Stats package.
