Need Help with Setup! Please Help!

I need help, if some one can help me, well k am new to trixbox I have installed trixbox currently I have tdm400 with 1 fxo and 1 fxs, with Linksys pap2t number active on that can any one tell me how too configure my pap2t with my trixbox for outgoing calls, and can anyone tell me if I buy did number can that be set as outgoing number also and for incoming calls, and can I use xlite soft phone to connect the server also while I am not on local network like trixbox server is at office can I connect from home and can I revise and make outgoing calls with my local office number, please can someone explain me this, I will be really thankful
