Hi all! I apologize if this is old news or "run of the mill" but I am not at all familiar with end-user hardware for VoIP services.

I was wondering if there is a method to capture an incoming PSTN call using a small device, and have it automatically pushed off to an off-site Asterisk machine via VoIP?

Any info provided will be greatly appreciated!

Some ATA boxes (eg. Lynksys SPA 3102) are able to do this. Probably OK for home use. Of course, a PSTN DID number normally delivers via voip so the forwarding process might be a little simpler.
