google gives you good hints if you search after the name of rfc.

You can find it directly on the site: ietf.org

if I search in the SIP rfc, I can find only one "CALLER Id" !
is it possible to have a REAL answer instead of "search in google" ?

If you read the RFC and know the SIP, then the caller id is the From header URI.

I do not think there are people willing to dig for you in the RFC and get the grammar for the SIP From header.
