errors during configuring imc

Dear All,
Iam trying to configure openser for IMC.when i try to send a message to the room q (q is the default room created),i get the following error.

ERROR:imc:imc_handle_message: room [q] does not exist!
ERROR:imc:imc_manager: failed to handle 'message'

kindly let me know if any changes are to be made in the cfg.

Issue is related to the softphone sending html body instead of plain/text.

it is to be noted that the softphones which are used for IMC send instant messages in the form of Plain text or HTML . If it is HTML, the first charecter send wil not be "#" (the start charecter mentioned in the cfg file). there fore IMC cannot be implmented(atleast till the source code is not modified) in softphones which send text as HTML.
