Actually i am just an idiot in this field. I have got a new job in a company which provides a voip service. Every body in the office is talking about asterix, protocols, call time etc. I came here as a web developer but now want to learn voip technology. Can any body tell me what to start and where to start.

Welcome to VoIP User.

If your job entails you knowing and understanding those services and protocols etc, shouldn't they be offering you some kind of training ?
