Not able make outbounds calls

Hi All,

I am using IPhone on which i have set up This Account. I am to recive inbound call using Sip . but i m not able to make outbounds calls. it just rang as missed call on reciver end.
My PSTN is active . have 0 rating.
I am a new Voip User.

Please resolve my problem.
