can anyone give me some help with the wiring pin outs for the USB to the RJ11 connectors.

I want to build the interface into the phone.

Are you REALLY SURE about this?

USB has 5 conductors and RJ11 has 4

Any connections you want to make are entirely dependent on the two devices you want to bridge. Both of them either have voltage present at the connector or expect specific voltage and polarity at the connector.

You haven't mentioned the devices you want to interconnect or why. A bit more info would be useful.

USB port carries binary signals whereas RJ11 port carries analog signals, let alone their voltage levels are different. To bridge USB to RJ11, you will need to build a hardware/electronics circuit.
