Get User Agent information

Hello
There is any easy way to given one username get the user agent from the location table ?

The problem is that one client (is a softphone for called Gizmo) is registering with sips protocol, but binding the port 5060 (instead of 5061). And he don't add the port information during the register procedure. So I want to fix (change the port in the URI) of all messages to this specif user agent.
