this bug is seemingly for unavailable destinations because I used to test some destinations berore but just after the breakdown of the server I no more can place such calls ,may someone shed more light on this? this is an answer from the Voipuser proxy

Code : 500
Reason: disconnected

It's impossible to answer without details of your client and configuration.... and preferably a trace.

I use Flaphone web-based softphone

Configuration is the following

Name : my username

sip.proxy : sip.voipuser.org

username : my username

password : my password

auth user : empty

outbound proxy : sip.voipuser.org

Register : checked

I am logged in to voipuser successfully with this configuration but I can't call all the destinations I used to as before

Are you sure that your your Call Credit Rating is still high enough to allow you to make outgoing calls? Have you had some incoming calls?

For e.g. I can't call two mobile numbers included in the available destinations which I tested successfully before the breakdown !

for incoming calls still having problem to have people reach me via my voipuser number , I even tested to call myself but nothing worked properly since then

Our available destinations changes all the time. Where are you trying to call ?

That costs us 3.7 pence/minute, so we can't route it at the moment (rates vary from time to time).

Interested why you get a 500 error. You're being sent a different error from our server, so seems like that is a bug with the client.
