unable to call * on pap2 NA linksys

I am unable to call *88 from sipagate for to know my account balance, so I do not know what to do? How to dial different from my pap2 for to get to my account balance from sipagat (mywebcalls), I use it via mysipswitch and it is configured mysipswitch on my pap2 NA.

If you login to Sipgate using your usename and password you will see your exact balance in the 'Status' box on the right hand side of the page

Hello Grey, thak\nk you for yourfast response, no I did not mean sipgate, I mean sipagate whitch is mywebcalls. com too.
I know I can do this from webpage, but I would like from phone, cause I use my ata pap2 na linksys and this is easier for me. So I thought maybe someone knows how to do this from pap2 and it will not allowe me to use the star one, I know from other ata`s it is possible to use star.
Strange thing is that pap2 na dos not allowe.
