500 means "internal error".
May indicate a problem at the service providers end.

Well if it's VoIP User then we're serving you that error for some reason, if it's another service provider (you haven't said or given much info to go on ) then it's the "or" part...

yes this bug is seemingly for unavailable destinations because I used to test some destinations berore but just after the breakdown of the server I no more can place such calls ,may someone shed more light on this?
