Hello, yes tried few times with different #, one call went thru and afterwords getting the same error again.
regards,

Remember that some numbers are to expensive to be called using the outgoing calls service. Where were you trying to call?
Apart from those in the US, Canada and a few others places, most cell phones cannot be called as they are much too expensive.

There is a list of the error codes here ...

For some reason you are not getting logged in to Voipuser properly, could be you, could be us. Presumably everything was working OK until recently? Have you changed any equipment or settings? Do you use other VOIP providers? If so do they work?

I'm not a heavy user, but just FYI - tried to call today and it went thru just fine.
Software SIP client SIAX for iPhone. Could be added to list of supported clients Wink

I am using the Fring application from my iPhone which did work before you guys started making all the big changes. Right now I am able to log in fine I think, but when I attempt to call someone using it it just hangs up immedietly.

excuse my last post. It's seems to work fine now. I'm in the US. Is the service availablility dependant on the time of day or should it usually always work no matter what time it is?

Yes I am the same...

I did a quick "test call" to colleagues mobile, he sits next to me.. Fring Rang, then silence. All he got was a missed call message...

I will try tonight on X-Lite...

Yes it should.

We are aware of a couple of issues which we're working on...

Thanks for the feedback - this is extremely helpful as we're unable to test on every device.

I can connect to the network fine with both X-Lite and Fring.
Both make a dial tone when I start.
Both "ring" the other side (UK Landlines)
Neither make a connection... time out / number busy / etc.

Normally I would say that it was because no one was home, or they were on the phone, but I was watching the phone on MSN and it neither rang at the other end, nor was anyone on the phone already...

Are we closer to being up and running or are we still crawling?

ok, o I have finally managed to make a few calls.. but each time I get disconnected after exactly 1 minute..

Have I messed up the configuration or is this a known fault?
