For curiosity I signed up for $10 with the Live Call Feature.
This is a combined MSN/Telefonica operation

I use a HP laptop DV7-1242cl x64 with a ATT USB 3G Mercury
885 adapter connection and for security Avira & Windows
Defender. I have a built in webcam with speaker & microphone.

This operation provides a Telefonica Softphone which is where
my problem resides. When I call I can hear the phone ringing
and when it is answered they can hear my voice but I can not
hear them.

As a test I used SKYPE and all worked perfect.

I did a audio connection test and everything worked but it said I have a non-UPnP connection.

Any ideas

Thanks [/b]

i know that AT&T prohibits VOIP use with 3G; not sure if they actually try to block SIP packets though. might be part of the problem.
