SIP re-invite problem

Hello friends,
I am new to this forum and hello again.
I am trying to reinvite to a user which i have a rtp with it.
I am sending it re-invite in order to change destination rtp port, but still it sends the rtp packets to the same port which was sent at first invite packet.
But for example the fist rtp-media is with g723 codec.And i am sending re-invite with g711 codec.When it gets this packet it changes codec type and starts to send rtp packets encodec to g711.But it does not change the destination rtp port.
What can be the problem?
